Olá, eu não consigo visualizar a instituição que confere o grau na pre-visualização do formulário, isto está a acontecer a alguém???

It happened to me previously, then I entered it again and now I can visualise it. This in the "resumo da candidatura" in the application page. I didn't try to submit yet.

No resumo da canidatura também não me aparece a instituição que confere o grau, apenas a instituiçõ de acolhimento. Já tentei apagar e voltar a inserir mas não adiantou nada... Continua sem aparecer. :/

Eu também já tentei de tudo, limpei cookies, reinicei p PC e continua na mesma, o os orientadores? Consegues visualizar na vista total do formulário? No meu caso, no ponto 5 apenas aparece o campo 5.1 referente à instituição de acolhimento mas tenho tudo preenchido nos outros e na vista editável aparece tudo certo... acontece o mesmo contigo?
SErá possível ser mais um erro informático!!!!

Sim, acontece o mesmo comigo. Só consigo ver a instituição de acolhimento (5.1) mas tenho tudo preenchido na parte editável!

E já agora, uma pergunta em relação às cartas de recomendação. Conseguiste fazer o upload? Sempre que tento dá-me o seguinte erro: "Corrupted file or illegal file name". Todos os outros documentos consegui anexar sem problemas...

Eu não sei se podemos clicar no "OK" na área para lacrar e ver se tem erros... renho receio de clicar e não dar para voltar atrás :s

I can't see neither 5.2 nor 5.3 in the Overview of the application but I is all filled and complete and i am able to see the information in the editable form I have tried everythinhg getting desperate!!!!
Do you know if we can verify errors before sealing? Have you done it? Did you already seal yours?
I realy don't know what to do

Eu também ainda não tentei lacrar para ver se dá erro... Tenho receio que aquilo lacre e eu ainda não tenho o meu orientador associado...
Enviei uma mensagem para o Helpdesk sobre o erro das cartas de recomendação mas não estou com muita esperança que me respondam a tempo...

ok 5.2 is supervisors, but what is 5.3? I dont think I have it? how about the institution granting the academic degree? can you see it now?

Esse problema deve ser mesmo erro deles.

Lacrei ontem a minha candidatura e no ficheiro final aparece. Deve ser para ocultar.
No ficheiro final contudo aparecem 3 ficheiros em branco, informaçoes, habilitaçoes e atividades anteriores (em todos eles dizem que só fica visivel apos dia 23 - deve ser uma medida para impossibilitar influencias externas...);
Quanto aos orientadores ainda n estarem n ha problema, lacrei ontem a candidatura e os orientadores ainda nem estavam associados. Contudo hoje ja se associaram e lacraram, logo ficou tudo ok.

Desejo as maiores felicidades a todos voces. Que sejam atribuidas bolsas a quem de facto mereça

Eles deveriam explicitar estas coisas no guiâo de candidatura! Se não fossem vocês e a partilha aqui e na página do facebook sentir-me-ia muito mais sozinha neste processo! Uma utilizadora da página da ABIC no facebook disse-me isso também

5.1 is Host Institution
5.2 is Institution granting the degree
5.3 is Supervisors

One of the forum members replied and said that he could not see 5.2 and 5.3 either in his global overview of the application but he sealed it and after sealing those items are visible in the document that he got afterwards...

Did you try to seal already?

This is copied and pasted from the "candidatura" web page, I think that mine is different from yours because I do not have an R&D institution. If you have the R&D and the Host than you have to state which one will grant the degree. But it is not my case.

I didn't seal it yet, still waiting for reference letters, so will do it tomorrow.

I am applying for Phd Grant so I have 5.2. Institution granting the degree, i remember you saying you are applying for post-doc
so you don't have that one...
