I would like to ask a question about the renewal of the post-doctoral fellowship. If the application for renewal of the post-doctoral fellowship for the second triennium has been approved, is it necessary to apply for a renewal again for the fourth year?

I think so, just like the first two years (you don't have to write a full report like the triennium renewal request, just present the declarations of your supervisors and host institution like in the first two years).
I (still) didn't do that, but I don't see why it should be different.
