Ganghei uma BPD, e tenho que enviar a minha documentaçao de BA, MA, e Doutorado. Eu sou italiana, posso inviar todos estos certificados en English?

Sim, a documentação pode estar em inglês.

one other question: The FCT would among the documents a Identity Fiscal Card, I've one here in Italy, but I think that the FCT need the NIF. How can I make this card? It's possible to make it in Italy (maybe in the ambassy?)

I think that the best is that you contact them and ask. If you can't make that in a consulate, perhaps they can direct you what to do.
