How to renew a Postdoctoral Fellowship

Hello,

I started my postdoctoral fellowship in February 1st, 2013 and it is supposed that I have to do some paperwork 60 days in advance so FCT renews my contract for one more year.
Is there any web application or official documents that I should fill in to apply for my renewal? I cannot find a way to do it and FCT do not answer my emails (id.bolsas@fct.mctes.pt / id.bolsas@fct.pt). Should I send an email to somewhere else? Need help!!

Hello.

FCT's new email is bolsas@fct.pt (but they should still get id.bolsas@fct.pt I think). Enter your fellowship reference in the subject.
There are no officially predefined documents or web applications.
You must send a letter from your supervisor(s) and host institution supporting the renewal, and another statement where you say you'll be in exclusive dedication.

It's in Portuguese. If you don't understand, just say something and I'll place it in English.

I will try that email. I did not know the host institution has to provide a letter too.

I can read Portuguese easily but I am terrible at writing it, so I am not trying here. Sorry about that...
