Want to do a PhD in Solar Photovoltaics?

The Portuguese National Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT acronym in Portuguese) has recently opened the 2018 call for PhD scholarships. DEADLINE 28/3/18

If you are interested in pursuing a PhD in Materials Processing for Photovoltaics, please get in touch with me (klobato@fc.ul.pt). The work will be focused on the use of high powered lasers for the processing of the absorber layers that make up part of the solar cell device. The work will be split between the University of Lisbon and University of Luxembourg.

A student with a Physics or Engineering background is favourable.
The working languages will be Portuguese and English.
